Briar Grove

Briar Grove is a lovely development located of of Highway 54, Davenport. Conveniently situated close to the area attractions, shops and restaurants.

Buenaventura Lakes

A model community 10 miles from Disney and 20 minutes from Orlando airport, with perfect country and golf club communities all around. This is true Florida Living at it's very best. Very conveniently located for supermarkets, restaurants, the famous Florida Mall shopping centre and the area attractions.

Calabay Parc

Calabay Parc is located on Highway 27 in the Davenport area, just 15 minutes from Disney World. It is a gated community offering luxury executive homes, many backing a conservation area. A championship Golf Club is just a 2 minute drive away, together with shops and restaurants. 

Chatham Park

Chatham Park is situated in Central Kissimmee, only 4 miles east of Disney World, just off Highway 192. It has a security guard on duty and also includes an excellent children's park and tennis courts. Local shopping malls and restaurants are only a short drive away.    

Clear Creek

Clear Creek is a delightful quiet community located from Highway 27 and only 1.5 miles from the famous Highway 192 that runs through Kissimmee. Beautiful homes that are close to restaurants and shopping malls and only 15 minutes drive from Disney World.    

Country Creek

Country Creek is located a mere 6 miles east of Disney World, only half a mile south of Highway 192 and is surrounded by open spaces and pine forests. Numerous fine restaurants, shops and other attractions are only a short drive away.     

Creekside

Creekside is located in central Kissimmee, only half a mile south of Highway 192 and only 15 minutes drive to Disney World. It is surrounded by beautiful pine forests, with shops and restaurants just a short drive away.    

Crescent Lakes

Crescent Lakes is located in central Kissimmee, just off the main 192 road and is only a 20 minute drive to Disney World. Other attractions and theme parks are also within easy reach.     

Cypress Woods

Cypress Woods is located in a rural setting for a quiet relaxing holiday and yet is only a 30 minute drive to all the main Disney attractions. There is golf, fishing, tennis, water sports and horse riding nearby and local restaurants and shopping centres are all within easy reach.     

Davenport Lakes

Davenport Lakes is a popular estate located 1 mile south of US192 on Highway 27 and only 15 minutes drive from Disney World. Highlands Reserve & Orange Lake Golf Clubs are very close and shops and restaurants are also within a few minutes drive. 

Eagle Point

Eagle Point is centrally located only 7 miles south east of Disney World and is surrounded by pine forests and a beautiful natural lake, which attracts many local birds and wildlife. Many homes also back onto the lake, whilst local restaurants and shopping plazas abound within just a few minutes drive.    

Emerald Island

Emerald Island is located less than 2 miles south of Disney World and within easy reach of all of the other area attractions. An elegant, gated community with luxurious heated community pool and spa, exercise gym and a host of other amenities.

Esprit

Esprit is a gated community located at the junction of Highways 192 and 27 south and is just 15 minutes drive west of Disney World. There is a golf course running through the estate and the houses are centred around Lake Davenport.     

Florida Pines

Florida Pines is a new development, located on Highway 27, only 3.5 miles from Interstate 4, giving easy access to all theme parks, coastal resorts and airports. Only 10 minutes drive to fine restaurants and shops along the famous Highway 192 and the estate is surrounded by golf courses.     

Four Corners

Four Corners is a new community just off Highway 27 and only 15 minutes drive to Disney World. Shops and restaurants also within easy reach and the Interstate 4 is nearby, giving easy access to other area attractions.

Greater Groves

Greater Groves is located at the west end of Kissimmee on Highway 27, within 20 minutes of Disney World. Other theme parks are just a few minutes further and the estate has the benefit of a lovely community pool, children's playground and free tennis courts.     

Hamiltons Reserve.

Hamiltons Reserve is located in central Kissimmee just south of Highway 192, less than 5 miles from Disney World. It features 3 separate neighbourhoods that consist of larger executive homes, tennis courts and children's park.     

Hampton Lakes.

Hampton Lakes is an exclusive development, located on Highway 27 at the west end of Kissimmee, within 20 minutes of Disney World. It has walled security, a communal pool, floodlit tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's play area    

Highlands Reserve.

Highlands Reserve is situated on a championship golf course along Highway 192, west end of Kissimmee, within 15 minutes drive of Disney  World. It features a clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts and children's play area.     

Indian Creek

Indian Creek is located only 2 miles south of Disney World at the west end of Kissimmee and includes children's parks, tennis courts and plenty of open space. The new Palms Golf & Country Club is nearby and shops, restaurants and other attractions are only a short drive away.     

Indian Point

Indian Point is centrally located just off the main 192 road, within easy reach of all local shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes drive to Disney World. It has large community park land, tennis courts and children's playground.    

Indian Ridge

Indian Ridge is located in a rural setting only 3 miles south of Disney World and includes a community pool, children's playground and tennis courts. There are also miles of jogging paths for the health conscious and local shopping malls and wonderful restaurants are all within a short drive.

Indian Ridge Oaks

Indian Ridge Oaks lies only 2 miles south of Highway 192 and is one of the closest developments to Disney World, at the west end of Kissimmee. It features a children's playground, tennis courts and a large community pool.    

Indian Wells

Indian Wells is centrally located just off the main 192 road within only 10 minutes drive of Disney World. It includes a large children's park, tennis courts, a large community pool and private fishing lake. It's also close to International Drive and the Interstate 4 motorway.    

Lake Berkley

Lake Berkley has the benefit of 24 hour gated security and is located a mere 5 miles east of Disney World and one mile south of Highway 192. There is a community pool and jacuzzi, which are heated in the winter months and a clubhouse which includes an exercise gym and games room     

Lake Davenport Estates

This development is located west of Kissimmee, just off Highway 27 and is only 15 minutes drive to Disney World. It features a community pool, basketball and tennis courts and kiddies playground. The nearest Golf & Country Club is only 5 minutes away and restaurants and shops are all within a short distance.     

Lakeside

Lakeside is situated just 20 minutes drive from Disney World if you use the Osceola Parkway and is surrounded by Golf & Country Clubs and acres of conservation land and private lakes. There are also tennis courts and a children's park located on site, with local restaurants and shopping malls within a short drive.    

Lindfields

Lindfields is located only 4 miles west of Disney World on the main Highway 192. This three neighbourhood estate is in a very desirable area where the homes are spacious and luxurious. Fine restaurants and shopping malls abound very nearby and there are two Golf & Country Clubs within minutes.     

Oak Island Harbour

This estate is located a mere 1.5 miles south west of Disney's Animal Kingdom and is one of the closest developments to Disney World. These executive homes benefit from being surrounded by private lakes and acres of conservation land. Golf & Country Clubs are within a short drive and local first class restaurants and shopping plazas are only a few minutes away.     

Orange Tree

This new estate is situated at the west end of Kissimmee off Highway 27 and features community facilities such as children's play park, basketball court and large games field. Is close to local supermarket with larger shops and restaurants just a few minutes drive away.     

Rolling Hills

Rolling Hills consists of executive homes, many backing onto water, is located only 2 miles south of Disney World at the west end of Kissimmee, has a perimeter wall, is next to a Golf & Country Club and is surrounded by acres of orange orchards. Shopping malls and restaurants are within a few minutes drive.    

Royal Palms

Royal Palms is situated at the west end of Kissimmee on Highway 27, only 20 minutes from Disney World and the homes have an open plan design incorporating high vaulted ceilings. Local shopping and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive and Golf & Country Clubs abound for the keen golfer.     

South Chase

South Chase is located just off Orange Blossom Trail, at the eastern end of the resort area. It is a short drive from State Rd 192 and in the other direction it is close to the famous Florida Mall. Continuing past the mall will lead you to downtown Orlando & exciting Church Street Station entertainment complex.

Spring Lakes

Spring Lakes is located about 10 miles east of Disney World and yet takes only 15 minutes to drive there using the Osceola Parkway. Being part of the beautiful Buenaventura Lakes development, it is surrounded by Golf & Country Clubs and acres of conservation land. Popular Florida Mall and fine restaurants are also only a short driving distance away.    

Strafford Park

Strafford Park is located only 15 minutes east of Disney World and is part of the famous Buenaventura Lakes development. A superb neighbourhood with beautiful homes and only minutes from local fine restaurants and shopping malls. Several Golf & Country Clubs abound close by and Orlando Airport is just 20 minutes away.    

Sunset Lakes

Sunset Lakes is a gated estate only 5 miles west of Disney World and is a community of executive homes that surround 2 private lakes. There is a community pool and lovely children's park where your youngsters can play in safety. Plenty of conservation land surrounds this development and great restaurants and shopping malls are only minutes away on Kissimmee's famous Highway 192. Golfing fairways also abound in this area.     

The Palms

The Palms is located west of Kissimmee just off Highway 27, within the Lake Davenport development and only 15 minutes drive to Disney World. It features a community pool, basketball and tennis courts and kiddies playground. The nearest Golf & Country Club is only 5 minutes away and restaurants and shops are all within a short distance. You can even relax by the lake and do some fishing, which is great fun for the children.    

Thousand Oaks

Thousand Oaks is located west of Kissimmee, only 2 miles from exit 24 on Interstate 4, giving superb access to all theme parks and attractions. A great residential estate only 20 minutes drive to the famous Highway 192, where you will find wonderful gourmet restaurants and many shopping plazas.     

Weston Hills

Weston Hills is located on Highway 27, only 3 miles north of the junction with Highway 192. It is a gated community and features a children's play park and activity pool, 2 adult pools, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball and football field. Shops and restaurants are all within a short distance and Disney World is just 20 minutes away.    

Westridge

Westridge is located at the west end of Kissimmee on Highway 27, only 20 minutes drive to Disney World. It features a community pool, floodlit tennis courts, volleyball, children's play area and is surrounded by Golf & Country Clubs. It is ideally situated for all other theme parks, shopping plazas and restaurants.    

Whispering Oaks

Whispering Oaks  is centrally located within 5 minutes drive north of Highway 192 and only 15 minutes drive to Disney World. The homes on this estate are surrounded by beautiful mature oak trees, which gives it a very exclusive feel. Good restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away.    

Windsor Palms

Windsor Palms is located less than 2 miles south of Disney World and includes gated security, a luxurious heated community pool and spa complex, an exercise gym, tennis courts, sand volleyball and children's play area. Across the boulevard is the Mystic Dunes Golf & Country Club. Gourmet restaurants and shopping malls are only a short drive away.    

Windward Cay

Windward Cay is located in central Kissimmee, only a quarter of a mile south of Highway 192 and less than 5 miles from Disney World. It is surrounded by pine forests and ranch land in a very quiet and peaceful retreat, yet is only a few minutes drive to local shopping malls and restaurants. Several Golf & Country Clubs are also within a short distance.
