The formal dining rooms looks out over the private garden area.

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, 3 seater couch, cable television, ceiling fan and large en-suite bathroom.

A private sliding door to the pool area is here for your added convenience.

Bedroom 2 is located close by and has twin beds.

At the other side of the villa bedroom 3 has twin beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed and television. A 2nd full bathroom is shared by these rooms.

The pool and pool deck are fully enclosed in a fine mesh screen. The pool can be heated as an optional extra.

A lanai provides shade from the hot Florida sunshine and a full size dining set enable you to enjoy a pool side meal.

Flowerbeds and colourful shrubs decorate the four corners of the pool and gentle water jets cascade down in the pool allowing the relaxing sounds of trickling water. 

Indian Ridge also has the benefit of an excellent childrens playground, wide open park space and jogging pathways.
