The family room also has a large colour T.V., soft sofas and French doors leading out to the pool deck.

Next to the family room you will find the fully equipped modern kitchen which is complete with large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and an abundance of utensils and crockery to satisfy all the cooking needs of the family. There is a handy breakfast nook for quick snacks for those kids on the run, together with a more formal dining area for sit down meals.

Nearby there is a laundry room with washer and drier for your convenience.

The master bedroom comprises of a king size bed, colour T.V., ceiling fan for added comfort and full en-suite bathroom.

En-suite bathroom includes a sumptuous oval tub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is decorated with children in mind, having an animal theme and is brightly coloured.

Beds 3 & 4 have a double bed and twin beds respectively. These three rooms share the 2nd full bathroom which has a door leading out to the pool deck.

The south facing pool is perfect for all day sunshine, with sun loungers ready for you to relax whilst topping up your tan.

The shaded lanai is convenient for dining poolside and the whole back yard is surrounded by tall fences for added privacy. There is also an extra garden area for kiddies to play safely.

You will want to return to Hawkwind time and again, it is so relaxing and yet so close to world class restaurants and shopping plazas.
