Q. Is the price we quote you the total price you pay?
A. Yes. If you require cots, highchairs, rollaway beds or a heated pool you should request these on your availability and rate request form. These extras will then be itemised in our reply to you. All normal water, gas and electrical charges are included.
Q. How do we find our accommodation in Florida?
A. On payment of your invoice we provide you with detailed directions either to your accommodation or to our local office who will then, after you have checked in, re-direct you to your villa. If you arrive after office hours your instructions and keys will be in a lockbox. Access codes will be supplied prior to your holiday.
Q. Are the villas and apartments fully equipped?
A. Air conditioning is standard in all properties, as is colour TV. Some may also have video players. Not all will have hair dryers as they are considered to be a personal item. Irons and ironing boards will be in most homes.

On arrival the property should be clean, the beds made up and towels supplied in the bathrooms. There should also be spare bed linen and towels in the linen closet. Beach/ pool towels are not normally provided.

Our holiday homes have full kitchens including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery etc. and washer/dryer, although some apartments may have communal washer/dryers.
Q. Are the furnishings the same as shown on the website?
A. All of our accommodation is privately owned and therefore styles of furnishings etc. may differ as each is to the owner's taste. Properties shown on the website can be considered as typical.
Q. Will we have to look after our own swimming pool?
A. Private pools are cleaned weekly by a professional contractor and chemicals may be added. Between cleans dirt may gather at the bottom of the pool, particularly in wet or windy conditions. Heated pools can be requested in the winter months. If available, solar heat is free whilst a charge made in resort for power heated pools to cover to cost of electricity or gas. Heated pools must be requested at time of reservation.
